Parents can enroll their athlete directly, no school or club affiliation required. Both one-on-one and group training are available, with limited spots to keep every athlete coached, not just supervised.

What families, schools, and clubs ask

Do you work with athletes outside your partner schools and clubs?

Yes, within a limited number of group training spots. We'd rather keep the programming coached and targeted than open it up broadly.

Are you taking on more school or club partnerships?

Our partner list stays deliberately short so every relationship gets real integration. If your program feels like the right fit, reach out and we'll talk about what's possible.

What sports does this work for?

All of them. Sprint mechanics, explosive movement, and agility carry over to every sport, so we work with athletes across the board, not just one sport.

Is this only for advanced athletes?

No. Beginner or advanced, what actually matters is attitude: an athlete who's willing to work hard and take coaching. Bring that, and the program meets you where you are.
